Today we slept in, sat on our porch overlooking the lake and read, ate at the little cafe near our room, and let the stress of the trip here fall away. Were it not for the almost constant breeze coming off the lake, the heat and humidity would be fairly oppressive. Luckily we are situated in the middle of an enormous water-filled caldera. Nothing else to see here, move along.
